Buyer's Premium:

A collection of marine natural history specimens comprising four gastropod shells and three coral skeletons. The assortment includes two large turban shells, likely Turbo marmoratus, one featuring a weathered, chalky-white calcified exterior and the other retaining a reddish-brown tone with prominent knobby ridges. The interiors of both shells are highly iridescent, displaying polished, pearlescent nacreous surfaces with vibrant swirling bands of green and teal. Also included is a heavy, robust gastropod shell with a natural brown and ochre exterior and coarse, heavily nodulated ridges. A smaller siphonal gastropod shell of cream and pale-yellow hue features a tapered spire and distinct shoulder nodules. The coral specimens consist of a solitary, disc-shaped mushroom coral, Fungia species, with well-defined radial septa radiating from a central fossa, and two branching stony coral skeletons. Of the branching corals, one is a slender specimen of a light tan hue, while the other is a more robust, porous white specimen.
