This acrylic painting on canvas board by Lucy Collins depicts a Northern English industrial town scene, . Lucy Collins is an artist based in Cheshire whose colourful quirky watercolours are very popular with collectors. Her street scenes often depict funny dogs, couples and people with umbrellas etc.
