A collection of five hand-decorated porcelain figurines produced by the manufacturer Coalport in England during the late 20th century. The assembly consists of pieces from the Beau Monde series along with figures modelled by John Bromley and other hand-decorated examples.
The figurine Katherine is from the Beau Monde series and is depicted in a blue tiered dress with scrolling detail and a matching hat with a pink flower, while holding a closed pink parasol. The base features the Coalport crown mark, the series name BEAU MONDE, the name Katherine, and the date 1993.
The figurine Olivia, also from the Beau Monde series, wears a peach-toned bodice with puffed sleeves and a tiered grey ruffled skirt, and is shown holding a small patterned bag. The base is marked Beau Monde, Olivia, and dated 1992.
The figurine Joanne features a lady in a magenta-pink gown with a white ruffled collar and cuffs. The base bears the name Joanne in script and states that the piece was modelled and decorated by hand.
The figurine Cordelia from the Beau Monde series is shown in a layered peach and cream dress accented with yellow ruffles and small bows. The base features the Beau Monde mark, the name Cordelia, and the date 1992.
The figurine Springtime is depicted in a strapless pink and purple ombre dress with a large pink bow at the back. The base is marked Springtime, dated 1990, and states it was modelled by John Bromley and decorated by hand.
