A group of Goebel hand-painted ceramic items, comprising two child figurines and two Friar Tuck monk character vessels. The collection includes a figurine depicting a young girl in a green headscarf leading a grey goat with a boy in a brown coat walking beside her, and a second figurine depicting a young boy in a black hat and orange jacket playing the violin with a small brown dog looking up from the base. The two Friar Tuck vessels are modelled as tonsured monks wearing dark brown habits with white rope-tied waistbands, designed with open tops. The undersides bear the underglaze blue factory mark consisting of a stylized capital letter V containing a small bumblebee, alongside the printed text © by W. Goebel W. Germany, identifying the pieces as TMK-5 Last Bee transition mark examples from W. Goebel Porzellanfabrik, dating to the 1970s.
