This collection comprises an assortment of traditional workshop hand tools and a group of six porcelain figurines. The tools include several bench planes: a Stanley Bailey No. 4 smoothing plane with a cast iron body and wooden handles, a Record smoothing plane, and an Acorn smoothing plane with a red-painted base. A Stanley No. 78 duplex rebate and fillister plane is present, with the base marked No 78 MADE IN ENG. Other items include a Stanley No. 60 adjustable spokeshave marked with the patent date FEB.9.86, a wooden-framed bow saw with a central tensioning strut and cord mechanism, and a try square featuring a steel blade and a brass-faced wooden stock. An additional plane base marked No 4 1/2 MADE IN ENG is also present.
